XFONE USA/NTS Communications is a facilities-based carrier with ownership of 7 switches in the Southwest and Gulf Coast region of the United States that provides local, broadband, long distance and international telephony services. XFONE UK/Swiftnet is a facilities-based carrier with one switch in London providing local, broadband, long distance and international telephony services. XFONE UK has developed a niche market supplying communications services to the underserved immigrant population in the UK and Europe.

XFONE Israel/018 owns two switches, providing international long distance and cellular service. The Company holds one of only four telecommunications licenses in the highly regulated Israeli market and also received a license to provide Voice over Broadband service on an experimental basis in Israel.
