XFONE 018 TO INITIATE VOICE OVER BROADBAND (VoB) TESTING

Competitive Voice over the Internet Services in Israel

(AMEX:XFN) (“XFONE” or “the Company”), an international diversified communications services company, today announced that its Israel-based subsidiary, XFONE 018, has been granted, on May 31, 2006, permission by the Israeli Ministry of Communications to commence experimental deployment of Voice over Broadband (VoB) services.
In collaboration with Airspan Networks, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of broadband wireless access networks, including WiMAX standard systems, XFONE 018 plans to begin marketing new pricing plans to its customers, cutting international call prices.
