(AMEX:XFN) (“XFONE” or “the Company”), a provider of international voice and data communications services, today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2006 on Monday, August 14, 2006.
XFONE will also host a teleconference that same afternoon, beginning at 4:15 PM Eastern, and invites all interested parties to join management in a discussion regarding the Company’s financials, corporate progression and other meaningful developments.
