PROFITABILITY IN FOURTH QUARTER OF 2006

JACKSON, Mississippi – February 26, 2007 -- XFONE, Inc.
(AMEX and TASE: XFN) ("XFONE" or "the Company"), an
international diversified communications services
company, today announced that its Israeli subsidiary,
XFONE 018 Ltd., achieved its first quarter of
profitability in the fourth quarter of 2006.

profitability reflects XFONE’s core philosophy of not
just driving growth, but driving profitable growth. Two
and a half years ago, we were the smallest of 6
companies to be awarded a license to provide

opportunity for us. However, unlike our competitors, we
had no technology or sales and marketing infrastructure
in Israel at the time. We mobilized quickly, investing
in infrastructure and launching an innovative sales and
marketing strategy. In a very short period of time,
XFONE 018 has established a strong and growing presence
in Israel through cutting edge international telecom
services offerings and attentive customer service.”
XFONE expects to announce its year-end results on or
before April 2, 2007.
