XFONE Expands Into Germany

Jackson, Mississippi – October 16, 2007 – XFONE, Inc. (AMEX and TASE: XFN) , a multinational diversified communications services company, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Auracall Ltd., will open a new office in Berlin,Germany to meet the communications needs of the growing immigrant population in the region. The company has existing operations in the U.K., represented by an office in London. The Berlin office is expected to be operational beginning November 1, 2007.

The population of Germany is approximately 82 million, making it the 14th most populous country in the world. There are more than 16 million people of non-German descent (first and second generation, including mixed heritage), about seven million of which are legal foreign residents.
Auracall serves over 300,000 customers in the U.K. every month through an innovative range of services allowing customers to access international calls from both landlines and mobile phones. Through a proprietary system, customers pay for calls through premium rate texts, calling a premium rate top-up number or by dialing an 08 access number. Auracall sells primarily through a network of over 100 agents.
